Arrive in Lima

Welcome to Peru!
On your arrival in Lima, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel.
Check-in to your hotel and spend the day to relax, unwind and get a feel of the city.
Overnight in Lima.

Full day city tour

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
Then begin your tour through Ancient Lima with a visit to the famous “Parque del amor” (Love Park) situated at Miraflores district for a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Then have a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, an archeological site erected in the 4th century A.D. Observe the world known pyramid structures typical from the pre-Columbian times, sacred and worshiped, off the coast of Peru.
Visit the traditional residential area of San Isidro and El Olivar. Then, the tour will continue with a visit to Colonial Lima, its striking republican architecture and its streets with colonial time mansions and their Moorish balconies. We will enter the San Francisco convent, which constitutes the largest display of colonial religious art in America. Also visiting the subterranean crypts, which are renowned as catacombs due to their similarity with roman crypts.
After this, we will visit the main square, The Archiepiscopal Palace, the Cathedral and Municipal Palace.
Overnight in Lima.

Transfer to Paracas

After you’ve finished an invigorating breakfast, your host and private driver will meet you at your hotel. Then, it’s through the arid but beautiful countryside by private car! After approximately four hours you will reach Paracas.
Arrive to Paracas and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a 1 hour Buggy tour over the sands and Dunes in the Desert and include one stop to do Sandboarding in a Dune.
Overnight in Paracas.

Ballestas Island - Overfly Nazca Lines

Rise early, enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel and then pack your sunscreen and warm windbreakers. You’ll be spending today communing with Peru’s coastal wildlife! Our representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the Paracas Peninsula harbor. We’ll board a speedboat and enjoy a scenic ride through an area often called the “Galapagos of Peru.” The waters are an ideal feeding grounds for a host of wildlife: pelicans, flamingoes, Inca terns, sea lions basking on the shore, penguins, hammerhead sharks and even whales! Breathe in the sea air and marvel at how close these creatures come!
Then enjoy a thrilling 35 minute flight over the Nazca Lines, with a spectacular opportunity to see 12 of the most famous Nazca Lines, including the hummingbird, dog, hands, astronaut, tree, spider, whale, lizard, shark and more.
In the afternoon you will be transferred back to Lima city to rest and relax.

Arrive in Cusco & transfer to Sacred Valley

In the morning after breakfast, our representative will transfer you to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Travel straight to the Sacred Valley of the Incas to avoid Cusco city altitude and get acclimatized.
Along the way we will stop at Awanacancha, small complex to admire Andean camelids such as alpacas and llamas and learn from local inhabitants about traditional dyeing and knitting techniques. Then will visit the town and the Pisac Market, renowned for the quality of the crafts available.
Lunch at Urubamba, and then we will follow to Ollantaytambo, the sole Incan town that remains with its pre-Hispanic architecture style.

Full day Sacred Valley

Today, we will take you first to the ancient town of Ollantaytambo, one of the few remaining places in Peru that retains its original Incan urban planning. You’ll note still-functioning street canals, multi-family houses with secret interior courtyards and iconic Incan trapezoidal doors! Here we’ll visit the Incan fortress perched on the mountainside overlooking the sleepy pueblo, and learn about nearby stone quarries and the pivotal Incan battle fought here.
The next stop will be at the traditional market of Pisac where vendors come from miles around to peddle their wares: plant-based dyes and pigments, hand-made cloth and ceramics, and locally-forged silver jewelry. Next, continue up the mountain in your private vehicle for today’s final stop at the ruins overlooking Pisac. Here, you’ll learn about the complexity of the Incan agricultural system, their methods of cultivating thousands of varieties of corn and potatoes, and you’ll watch the sun sink over the tips of the Andes Mountains surrounding you.
Transfer to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu

Prepare for a climactic day! In the morning, board the train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu. Watch the cloud jungle pass by through the large glass windows! After a bus ride to the gates of this wonder of the world, ascend stone steps, to finally emerge at the top of the world– Machu Picchu. The incredible Inca stone construction will be spread below, alternately hidden and revealed by clouds. Your expert guide will give you a private tour of the ancient city.
Lunch will be served on-site at the Sanctuary Lodge whenever you get hungry. Afterwards, feel free to return to the site to continue exploring, or descend to your hotel.
Enjoy an excellent dinner on-site at your hotel and fall into bed, lulled to sleep by the sound of the cloud forest around you in Sacred Valley

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel this morning, and lace up your hiking boots. At the appropriate time this morning, meet with your private guide, return to the front gates of Machu Picchu and explore Machu Picchu for second day.
We have secured hiking permits for you to scale the iconic sugarloaf peak in the background of the classic Machu Picchu postcard photo – Huayna Picchu! Delight in an alternate perspective of Machu Picchu from the top of what is certainly a true feat of engineering.
Descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and your return train to Ollantaytambo. Our representative will be waiting at the station for you and will transfer you to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Full day Cusco & surroundings

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel this morning, and lace up your hiking boots. At the appropriate time this morning, meet with your private guide, return to the front gates of Machu Picchu and explore Machu Picchu for second day.
We have secured hiking permits for you to scale the iconic sugarloaf peak in the background of the classic Machu Picchu postcard photo – Huayna Picchu! Delight in an alternate perspective of Machu Picchu from the top of what is certainly a true feat of engineering.
